At Dustprolux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward Refund and Returns Policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return your product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item is not a final sale or custom-made product.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number with your return package.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure that the returned item is safely delivered.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the price of the returned item(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of damage, misuse, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the defective item, including return shipping costs. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damage or defect.
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Refund Methods
